Several Unauthorised Online Invest Services listed by the French AMF
A public warning has been issued by the ACPR and Autorité des marchés financiers warning thatseveral entities and websites have been committing fraudulent activities and offering trading investments cryptocurrency derivatives without the authorisation of any financial government body in France.
The list of websites warned by the AMF and ACPR include:

The AMF website has posted a list of all those unauthorised by the AMF. The list of websites change regularly and are updated and it is therefore recommended that this be checked regularly.
