Israel Executives Fear US Travel

Numerous executives working in Israel on binary-options, which have now become defected, fear travelling to the United States of America. This fear comes several days after authorities in America imprisoned Melissa Turdiey for twelve months. Melissa is a former binary options executive in Israel and a former television star for a famous reality show in Israel. This isn’t the first time that Melissa Turdiey has been arrested by authorities either. Before this event, she tried to board a flight from Los Angeles to Tel Aviv in September 2018. Many estimate that her admittance to committing wire fraud is false and that she was forced to take a plea bargain to return home at the time.

Melissa is the first binary options executive to be imprisoned by the United States. It’s unknown why she returned to America eleven months after she was initially arrested. However, there will be no plea bargain for her to take, and she won’t see freedom again until September 2020.

Lee Elbaz

Lee Elbaz, the former chief executive officer for Yukon Communications in Israel, has also been charged with three counts of conspiracy and wire fraud by American Authorities. Unfortunately, they cannot sentence her to prison until she returns to the United States of America. Israel Authorities have been working with the Federal Bureau of Investigations and the Securities Exchange Commission to bring Lee Elbaz back onto US Soil by December 2019.

Israel Authorities will also be sending multiple other employees from Yukon Communications to the United States. These employees will assist with the case against Lee Elbaz by signing plea deals. These plea deals ensure that the employees will return home immediately after the trail. Those employees include Austin Smith, Liora Welles, Shira Uzan and Yair Hadar. These individuals won’t face any criminal charges in Israel as well.

Scared

This has brought significant concerns to everybody working in the Israel Binary Options Industry. Many are fearful that if they return to their properties or holdings in the United States, then they’ll be immediately extradited by American Authorities. However, these authorities have found that numerous binary options firms have consistently scammed their customers. There’s been international pressure for the Israel Government to act on these claims, but all requests have gone unanswered. This is because of the millions of dollars that the Binary Options Industry has brought in for the government since the industry boomed in 2009.

A source close to Lee Elbaz stated: “The Elbaz case shocked everyone. A lot of people are cancelling trips outside of Israel and especially to the US. I even know of one very senior executive at a regulated broker that had planned a business trip to New York. She cancelled her trip after seeing what happened.”
