Ambo Launches Crypto Wallet on iPhone

Ambo has revealed that as of 2019-04-23 they’ve launched their cryptocurrency wallet platform onto the Apple App Store, allowing for their services to now be used on iPads and iPhones. Their cryptocurrency wallet grants clients a gateway to Ethereum and Fiat tokens. The company was founded by two brokers, Jack and Richard Lipstone. However, recently the cryptocurrency firm was acquired by MyCrypto.

The CEO of Ambo, Jai Bhavnani commented during their announcement, saying: “None of the decentralized financial protocols built on the Ethereum protocol were able to replace central banks because they were just too difficult to use. In order for billions of people to take advantage of a decentralized financial ecosystem, they first have to be able to understand it and easily access it. The launch of Ambo represents a significant step toward this future.”

The clients of Ambos wallet platform will be able to deposit directly from their bank card, deposit ERC-20 tokens, buy/sell over 170 cryptocurrencies, fulfill payment requires and determine market predictions. They will also be able to receive continual updates on the Ambo ecosystem.

Jack Lipston, the CMO of Ambo commented as well, saying: ”Beta testers for Ambo spanned 15 countries, and when we saw users spending an average of 15 minutes and 58 seconds per day on the app, we were stunned. Compared to the average phone user in the United States, according to Appannie, who spends just under five minutes on retail banking apps, seeing users engage with the app 3x the industry benchmark has been hugely validating.”

MyCrypto, the new owners of Ambo, also made a statement regarding this announcement by saying, “Ambo is one of the first products in blockchain without a totally terrifying user experience. The emphasis on ease-of-access and comfortable UX removes fear from the equation, and we’re excited to see how it grows over time.”
